Metal Razor Brushes are highly aggressive and must be sized correctly to suit the ductwork being cleaned. Brushes should be approximately 10% smaller than the duct size so that they may rotate freely to remove the grease during duct cleaning. They are effective at removing both dry and wet grease and also paint in LEV systems within spray booths. Over time metal bristles will be lost so these brushes will need to be replaced.
